Previously, she was a campaign manager and speechwriter during Obama’s 2011 re-election campaign, and a journalist at Vanity Fair.
A devout Bhakti yogi, mother and wife, Shruti splits her time between Seattle and Los Angeles.

Previously, Kosha was a Managing Director and Deputy COO at Pendulum, and held senior positions at UTA and UTA Ventures, launching talent-led companies Houseplant by Seth Rogen, TPH by Taraji, and Chamberlain Coffee. In 2024, Kosha was a strategic adviser on the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris re-election campaigns, focusing on entertainment and talent strategy. An active board member and volunteer at Covenant House and the Center for Reproductive Rights, Kosha lives in LA with her beloved family.
