Shruti Sehgal is an award-winning, former PR agency executive with a 15-year track record of driving high-impact communications and brand strategies, elite media relations, executive thought leadership, public affairs, and crisis management for over 80 U.S. elected officials, Fortune 500 companies, venture capital and private equity firms, and growth-stage brands across consumer electronics, fintech, beauty, lifestyle, sports, and entertainment. As CEO, Shruti leads client, strategy, business development, and staff management at Moonshot.
A former SVP and leadership team executive at top PR agency BerlinRosen, Shruti was named 'A Rising Star' by The Observer and 'Woman to Watch' by PR Week for leading the firm’s exponential growth in the tech, culture, and finance sectors. Previously, she was a campaign manager and speechwriter during Obama’s 2011 re-election campaign and a journalist at Vanity Fair. A devout Bhakti yogi, mother and wife, Shruti splits her time between Seattle and Los Angeles.

Kosha Shah Eisenberg is an entertainment executive with a 20-year track record of driving strategic operations, deal expansion, and investor relations for Hollywood and influencer talent-led brands. She represents select entertainment industry clients at Moonshot, and serves as the company’s COO.
Previously, Kosha was a Managing Director and Deputy COO at Pendulum, and held senior positions at UTA and UTA Ventures, launching talent-led companies Houseplant by Seth Rogen, TPH by Taraji, and Chamberlain Coffee. In 2024, Kosha was a strategic adviser on the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris re-election campaigns, focusing on entertainment and talent strategy. An active board member and volunteer at Covenant House and the Center for Reproductive Rights, Kosha lives in LA with her beloved family.
